Horizon Publisher enables authorized users to publish short-form video content to their own TikTok accounts using the official TikTok API.

2. Information We Collect

When you authorize your TikTok account via OAuth, we may collect and store:

• TikTok account identifier
• OAuth access tokens
• Basic account information provided by TikTok (as permitted by scope)

We do not collect passwords.

3. Use of Information

OAuth access tokens are used solely to publish content on your behalf as explicitly authorized by you.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.

4. Data Storage and Security

OAuth tokens are stored securely and are used only for the purpose of providing the authorized publishing service.

Users may revoke access at any time via TikTok account settings. Upon revocation, associated tokens will no longer be usable.

5. Third-Party Services

This service integrates with TikTok via the official TikTok API. Use of TikTok remains subject to TikTok’s own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
